One of many foods Haitians eat for breakfast or a late snack is cornmeal porridge, in my culture we call it labouyi Mais bringing back so many childhood memories. This porridge is creamy, sweet, and also a nutritious meal and bodybuilder will make you beg for more. In my house, we eat it with a nice piece of warm Haitian bread, and my family loves every spoon.
